Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 18, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Terraform Digital LLC ("SportsNow") is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to comply with applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
2. Measures We Take
To provide an accessible experience, we have implemented the following measures:
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, ARIA labels, and semantic elements to ensure screen readers and assistive technologies can accurately interpret page structure.
- Keyboard Navigation — All interactive elements (links, buttons, form controls, and navigation menus) are fully operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- Color Contrast — Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
- Responsive Design — The Site adapts to various screen sizes, zoom levels (up to 200%), and orientations to accommodate users with low vision or mobility impairments.
- Focus Indicators — Visible focus styles are provided for all interactive elements to assist users who navigate with a keyboard or switch device.
- Alt Text — Images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes so they are skipped by screen readers.
- Form Labels — All form inputs include associated labels or ARIA attributes to ensure they are identifiable by assistive technologies.
3. Video & Live Streaming Accessibility
Live and recorded game streams are embedded from YouTube, which provides the following built-in accessibility features:
- Keyboard-accessible video player controls (play, pause, volume, full-screen);
- Automatic captions (where available) powered by YouTube’s speech-recognition technology;
- Adjustable playback speed for recorded content.
We acknowledge that auto-generated captions may not achieve full accuracy, particularly during live broadcasts with crowd noise and play-by-play commentary. We are actively exploring options for improved captioning and welcome feedback from users who rely on these features.
4. Third-Party Content
SportsNow integrates third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Google AdSense (advertisements), and YouTube (video). While we select vendors that demonstrate a commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee full WCAG compliance of all third-party components. We monitor these integrations regularly and engage with vendors when accessibility issues are identified.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Known limitations include:
- Live game streams embedded from YouTube may lack real-time closed captions;
- Some third-party advertisement creatives served through Google AdSense may not meet contrast or alt-text requirements;
- Dynamically generated game statistics tables may benefit from additional ARIA markup for complex data relationships.
We are committed to addressing these gaps and regularly review the Site for accessibility improvements.
6. Feedback & Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of SportsNow. If you encounter barriers, need content in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us:
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to implement reasonable remediation within thirty (30) business days.
7. Conformance Status
SportsNow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some portions of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, primarily in areas involving third-party embedded content. We conduct periodic accessibility audits and are actively working toward full conformance.
8. Enforcement & Complaint Procedures
If you believe that SportsNow has not adequately responded to your accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, or with your state’s attorney general. You may also contact the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative for additional guidance and resources.
